A Sanitized Commercial Space Starts Here

The best way to make a good impression on your customers and create an overall clean and sanitized workspace for your staff is to get your property deep cleaned by a team with the expertise and latest technology. We have equipment that can kill germs like viruses and bacteria in the air, on walls and surfaces, and in the carpet. Our methods get down into all the nooks and crannies, making your office space not only sparkling clean, but also sanitized from harmful germs such as the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) that’s sweeping the country.

Continuous Infectious Microbial Reduction (CIMR)

That is the heart of what makes our industrial and commercial sanitization different and what we feel is the most thorough.

But what is it?

A CIMR unit creates .02 parts per million of Hydrogen Peroxide in the area to be treated. By deploying one of these units in your building, we are not only going to neutralize any virus, mold, or any other biological contaminant in the air, but it also does its job on surfaces, the walls, inside the duct work, every nook and ledge of a bookshelf, etc. Anywhere oxygen goes, so does our H2O2 atoms purifying and cleaning the environment from the threat of harmful germs.

Our Cleaning and Sanitizing Process

Our crews are accustomed to cleaning the most difficult spaces and areas to reach and sanitize and are led and supervised by our IICRC certified and trained staff to come in and perform the heavy lifting of any sanitization project.

While CIMR begins purifying the air and general environment of virus and bacteria, our crews begin the disinfection process.

STEP 1

We start by treating all applicable surfaces with Noroxycdiff.

Noroxycdiff is a powerful disinfectant that kills 99.999% of bacteria, mold, and virus (including Coronavirus). This treatment may be accomplished with a general spray and set application, fogging, or performed manually.

For more information about Noroxycdiff, see the brochure below.

STEP 2

Apply BAC - Botanical Antimicrobial Cleaner.

BAC prevents mold, removes hard water deposits, requires no rinsing and is made in the USA. This allows us to deodorize the room while removing any remaining Noroxycdiff residue.

For more information about BAC, see this brochure:

STEP 3

All floors are HEPA Vacuumed or professionally cleaned as required.

In true top-to-bottom fashion, once the walls and surfaces have been disinfected, we finish the job by cleaning the floor and removing any remaining Noroxycdiff in the carpet, on the tile, etc.

The Benefits of Continuous Infectious Microbial Reduction (CIMR)

It is our belief that should CIMR technology be dispatched and installed around the country in hospitals, government offices, grocery stores, and other locations of mass gatherings, rates of infectious disease, sickness, and illness could be greatly reduced across the entire spectrum. CIMR is a great way to win the battle with harmful viruses and bacteria. We hope all businesses and institutions will consider the permanent installation of our product in the future for an overall improvement of the public’s health.

There is absolutely zero ozone produced. This machine is not a hydroxyl radical piece of equipment.

This machine produces true hydrogen peroxide molecules, not an aqueous vapor.
